In 2014, I earned a professional certification in weight-management counseling from The MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education at Villanova University College of Nursing, a program rooted in evidence-based nutrition, behavioral science, and long-term metabolic health.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals naturally lose weight, stabilize blood sugar, improve blood pressure, balance cholesterol, and build sustainable habits that actually last. My coaching blends functional nutrition principles with simple, actionable lifestyle strategies, guiding people to take ownership of their health, not outsource it.
